The Loss Prevention Research Council (LPRC) recently analyzed how FaceFirst’s facial recognition technology is helping a retailer identify criminal behavior patterns and prevent repeat offenses. The research highlighted the impact of a retailer’s top offenders in a 60-day period, including:

The LPRC research also revealed that cart pushout was the most common method of offense for newly enrolled offenders (57.14%) and top repeat offenders (34.31%).
