Leadership Lessons: Embracing Humility and Inspiring Talent

I have been fortunate to work with some great Leaders and Teams. Working for some very inadequate Leaders has impacted me substantially in my journey – maybe they weren’t ready to lead or were in it for themselves. In them, I observed traits and values I knew I never wanted to replicate in running a business or a Team. I learned that it is more important to be humble, selfless, and always willing to give back. I learned seeing others being successful vs. myself is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a servant Leader or CEO. My goal now is to inspire and motivate others to become talented Leaders.
