Revitalizing Escape: Impact on Work Performance
In February, I took a bucket list trip snowmobiling through Yellowstone National Park with my father and brother-in-law. The temperature was as low as - 20F so the steam from the geysers and hot springs was vibrant against the backdrop of the big blue Montana sky and a blanket of more than five feet of snow. We strongly encourage healthy use of our Open Time Off policy to promote a better work - life balance. It's definitely rejuvenating to get away, and I felt like I set a good example for ALL our employees (management included) by doing so.
